Identify potential clients and expand the HVAC product market (chillers, fan coils, ducted splits, splits, etc.)
Provide technical consultation and comprehensive guidance to clients during the product selection process.
Prepare and send quotations, follow up on sales negotiations, and finalize orders
Maintain continuous communication with the technical and production teams to coordinate delivery and after-sales services
Participate in exhibitions and related events to introduce the brand and products
Regularly prepare sales reports and market analysis

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC equipment sales or the construction industry
Familiarity with technical concepts of cooling and heating products
Strong negotiation, sales, and customer communication skills
Proficiency in report preparation and Microsoft Office software (especially Excel)
Team spirit, high follow-up, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong connections with consultants, contractors, and builders are advantageous
